"For years, I had a corporate job that I loved. Long hours, back-to-back meetings, calls that ran into evenings, and a social life that somehow had to fit in between. I was good at managing my time. But I could never quite manage my wardrobe."
The problem wasn't that I didn't have clothes. I had plenty. The problem was that none of them could do what my day actually asked of them. My workwear felt too stiff for a dinner. My occasion wear was too much for an office. My comfortable pieces weren't polished enough when someone important walked in. And so, almost every evening, I'd find myself doing the one thing I hated most — going home to change.
