We currently ship across India and offer international shipping to select countries.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Delivery (if applicable): 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Orders

  • Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are usually 7-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Domestic Orders (India)

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across India—no minimum purchase required!

International Orders

  • Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and order weight during checkout.
  • International orders may incur additional shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes based on destination country regulations.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, an email with the tracking details will be sent.
  • You can track your order via the courier partner's tracking portal.

Shipping Address

  • Ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
  • For changes to the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Undeliverable Packages

For incomplete/incorrect addresses or refusal to accept delivery:

  • Domestic Orders: The package will be returned to us, and reshipping charges will apply.
  • International Orders: Return shipping charges and reshipping fees will be applicable.

Customs and Duties for International Orders

  • For international deliveries, customs duties, and import taxes may be charged by your country's customs department.
  • These additional charges are to be paid by the customer and vary by country.
  • Anahee is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other regulatory authorities.

Receiving Order Guidelines

  • Please record an unboxing video and take photos with a time stamp within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, record a video, take photos, and do not accept the delivery.
  • Send the images, video, and order number to us via email so we can address the issue promptly and resolve any claims with the shipment agency.

Process

  • After placing your order, it enters our processing system. Once your item(s) pass through quality checks and are securely packed, they are handed over to our delivery partners.
  • You will receive a unique tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.
  • Worldwide shipping: We ship to over 100+ countries and territories across the world. You can check shipping eligibility and rates for your city/country at checkout.
  • Prepaid orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel, mail your request to info@anahee.in.
