Anahee Returns & Exchange Policy

At Anahee, we strive to make every shopping experience smooth and delightful. We take great care in maintaining the highest quality standards in every piece we create.

5 Days Returns Policy

Anahee offer 5 days return for any product upon arrival.

Conditions for Returns:
- Notify Anahee within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. You can email us at info@anahee.in, along with clear video, pictures and details of the problem.
Our team will check and confirm the defect and get back to you with next steps.

Refunds:
Upon verification of the damage, we will process a refund for the full purchase amount in form of credit note. Please make a video while unpacking.

Size Exchange

If your size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
A nominal shipping charge will apply for size exchanges.

👉 Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, and with tags intact when returning.

Reverse Pickup & Delivery Process

  • We will pick up the product and send the exchanged item as soon as we receive it.
  • For size exchanges, the courier charge will be borne by the customer.
  • For wrong or defective products, no pickup charges apply.

Colors

We've made every effort to show the colours of the products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer screens, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot ensure that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges will not be processed if the shipping address is incomplete, wrong, or in case of 3 failed delivery attempts or package refusal.
  • Product colours shown on the website are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to different screen displays.

International Orders – Exchange Policy

For our customers outside India, we currently do not offer free size exchanges or returns due to the high shipping and customs costs involved.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can contact us within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@anahee.in with clear pictures and a detailed explanation of the issue.

👉 Once we confirm the problem, we will either:

  • Arrange a replacement (if stock is available), or
  • Offer store credit for your next purchase.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • The customer will need to cover the cost of shipping the defective or wrong product back to us.
  • Exchanges for size issues (where the product is simply not fitting) are not available for international orders.
