5-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The size does not fit
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the product
A short description of the issue

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be approved and processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method or bank account
  • No credit notes or store credits will be issued
  • Refunds are applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side
  • Size Exchange

Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • A small courier/shipping fee may apply for size exchanges
  • Reverse Pickup
  • For damaged or wrong products, reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost
  • For size exchanges, shipping charges may be borne by the customer depending on location

Returns/exchanges may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting International Orders

Currently, we do not offer returns or size exchanges for international orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
