Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations by the Customer

• You may cancel prepaid orders within 24 hours of placement.
• For cancelled prepaid orders, you can choose between a credit note or a product replacement of the same value.

Order Cancellations by Anahee

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings or pricing, or flagged payment-related issues.
• For prepaid cancellations initiated by Anahee, a full refund will be issued to the registered bank account in 3-5 days, and the customer will be notified via email.
